The Kloof Project Corner
As you can see there is an expense involved in all the below projects either from funding from the KCPF funds donated from residents, or borne by the volunteers themselves.
We understand that not everyone is able to volunteer and therefore appeal to the community to please contribute financially in order to maintain the projects we have.
Without your support these projects are unsustainable!

Street Captains fall directly under the CPF, they control the data base for their street/s and feed information to residents that we need to circulate, and in turn feed information to us regarding incidents/assistance required/suspicious activity etc. Each street/s have a chat and security group providing residents with the tools to both report serious incidents on the security group, and chat freely and get to know your local neighbours in your area on your chat groups.Learn More

Kloof Street Patrol Team
Our team falls directly under and reports to the KCPF. This is a group of volunteers who give their time to not only patrol our streets and railway line but respond to confirmed incidents, check reports of suspicious activity, secure our area when there is a threat to our communities safety, assist Metro with traffic control and MVC incidents, work closely with SAPS and do regular joint ops, assist Search & Rescue teams with missing persons/recoveries, general community assistance from fallen trees to lost dogs, and assist our local schools with visible policing at school events when requested. This is all at their own expense from radios to fuel and still hold down jobs or own their own businesses. The KCPF provides each patroller with patrol team uniforms.Learn More
